If you have not chosen our managed IT services, than to the least we would recommend that you opt for an alternate routine proactive  plan, i.e. Maintenance Plan, which includes various checks that can be performed by us on your IT infrastructure – i.e. Servers, business critical desktops / laptops, networking devices,etc. This ensures that the devices are updated and are running smoothly & efficiently.

If you use our managed IT services, you don’t have to worry about these things. We will monitor, review and maintain things 24/7, but if you have signed on a Maintenance Plan agreement, then we will go through and performed all the agreed maintenance tasks on a monthly basis.

What is involved in our Maintenance Plan:

For servers – OS updates and patching, Software updates and patching, Security reviews, Disk utilisation and failures ( in case of RAID ), Disk capacity planning, Backup success assessment, hardware failures / errors, Server is running at recommended temperature (not over heating), review Disk, CPU, Memory and Network utilisation, system cleanup, etc.

For business critical Desktops / Laptops – OS updates and patching, Software updates and patching, Security reviews, Disk utilisation and capacity planning, adequate cooling, system cleanup, etc.

For networking devices – Firmware updates and patching, Security review, etc.

Remember, with regular maintenance we can spot issues before they become failures and in case if a failure happens on a well maintained device, our team can focus on the fixing the immediate issue and not worry about maintenance (bringing the system up-to-date by applying six months OS patching, etc.). This allows us to resolve most services outages in the matter of minutes.
