Do you perform support on an as needed basis?

So no matter what happens in my environment, I’ll never pay more than one Flat Fee per month?
Examples of items that are not covered under our Flat Fee service plans include the cost of replacement or new hardware, or shipping costs, the cost of software licensing or renewal or upgrade fees, and the cost of any third party vendor or manufacturer support or incident fees. Whenever the potential arises for additional fees outside of our Flat Fee, you will always be notified in advance for approval.
Do you offer Support (Maintenance) contracts?
Yes we offer many different support contracts depending on your need. We can handle simple monitoring to complete outsourcing of service.
Do you offer on-site service?
Yes. We offer onsite service.
Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and some troubleshooting can be performed on-site.
Do you support products that weren't purchase from you?
Yes.
We support products that were purchased from other manufacturers or businesses. However, warranties are not transferable.

How do I know if I need an upgrade?
Let us complete a system assessment and help you figure this out. In many cases it is just a minor tune-up.
What types of hardware upgrades do you perform?
We offer all types of hardware upgrades from adding more RAM, video card installations to changing out the motherboard and CPU.
How much will it cost me to repair my computer?
This question depends on what is wrong with the computer. Most repairs cost around $100 to $150 in labor plus the cost of the replacement part.
What is your warranty policy on your repairs?
We have a 30-day hardware warranty policy on all repairs. We will cover labor and previously replaced parts but not any additional parts that may be necessary to complete the job.
Do you repair on-site?
Yes, we are able to service on-site. In some instances, we may need to take your system back to our offices to complete a repair.
What will maintenance do for my computer?
Maintenance will speed up booting and loading times, increase the reliability of the computer, and protect it from harmful static build up that is caused by dust.

How will I know if I need a new system?
Most users will purchase a new system when their current system is too old to upgrade or your current system is inadequate for your needs because it won’t run the software you need it to run or other compatibility issues. Is it cheaper to upgrade my existing system or buy a new one?
In many cases it usually cheaper to upgrade an existing system instead of purchasing a new one. However, depending on the age, health, and usage it may not be cost effective to upgrade because the computer you are upgrading does not warrant it to be upgraded. Who will host my website?
ALFA Technologies offers hosting on servers located in Various Datacenters across Australia for hosting your website.
Will my website have its own domain name?
Yes, you will have your own web address with no sub-directories. i.e. (www.domainname.com). We will assist you in choosing the best available domain name. The domain name will be registered under your / organisation name.
Will you maintain my website once you create it?
Yes, we offer affordable update packages for our customers. We will not abandon you after your website is complete!
